Each month, you’ll receive a detailed Operating Statement that breaks down all activity from the past 30 days — including management fees, repair costs, and other expenses — so you can easily review your property’s income and expenditures.

All financial information is available anytime through your Owner Portal, where you can view or download:

• Rent collection and processing updates
• Payment of maintenance vendor bills
• Payment of monthly expenses (upon request)
• Monthly owner statements
• Direct deposit (ACH) records for rental income transfers

At the end of each calendar year, we’ll provide a 1099-MISC form showing your total gross rent collected, along with an annual summary statement for simple recordkeeping and tax preparation.
